Naina Khan, a Mumbai resident, shared her experience that first they did big commitments but after few(2-3) services, they just changed their services and commitment.
She added that, they over processed a hair treatment on hair, 4-5 times because at the initial stage one of their staff did the wrong job. So, just to cover that they have been doing these processes again and again. Due to which , her hair got even more frizzy and now she has to suffer the after effects.
Now it is a common practice that this branch is using, there are many customers like Naina, who are suffering from this the bad unprofessional behavior.
Such kind of behavior is intolerable as in the name of professional elite services these brands are looting and playing with the common man's money and health. The big question here is why are the owners and the promoters of the company not taking any serious action against such franchise and are they actually aware what practices are followed by their staff and how much the end user is satisfied by their services. They should actually keep a check of it and promote positivity and give customers the utmost importance.
