A trainer is not only required in the gym or any other strength activity but in each and every field or any sports or in the education field also. We need a trainer or teacher to learn new things and if one thinks that a trainer or coach is not required then he/she is fooling and taking a very bad decision which will hinder the growth of the professional and will not be able to learn a new set of skills. This will definitely hurt one day. So guy's personal trainer or coach is must for everyone.

If you are new in this field that means you need a trainer to guide you properly otherwise it will be very difficult for you to stay in this field for long. Because under perfect training you can get the right results and without supervision probability of injury is more. A trainer will always motivate you to do the hard work very smartly. under perfect training, there is no need of hard work because your trainer knows that what your body demands and what kind of exercise will help you in muscle building. So, guys, a perfect trainer is very important for a perfect fitness.
There are so many pseudo-agents and trainers in this field who only work for money. They make this as a profession because of money so it is required to work under a professionally trained trainer. If you succeed to find a Trainer who motivates and guides you then that will be good for you otherwise it will be very difficult for you to be fit and you will be prone to injuries. No one will tell you about this you have to be very smart in this field.


1. Why we need a good trainer in the gym?
Actually when we go to somewhere like for tour so sometimes we need a guide at there.same thing matter at here if you are going to hit the gym so we also need a trainer. Because if you don't have so much knowledge about that how to hit the gym so there will be a chance of injuries.
As we all know less knowledge is always dangerous!
But if you will go to the gym with this knowledge than u will be much behind of others.
so guys just try to take personal trainer in Beginning and after 6 months or one year, you can go to the gym with your own knowledge.

2. How we get in touch with the gym trainer?
This is also a big thing to know that the trainer is interested in us or not for giving training. if it is no then you have to understand it quickly. And at this point you have to start making good bonding with your trainer.so guys just go for a acknowledge.
so find a perfect gym and trainer and make a bonding with him or her. just try some fun and don't feel hesitate in front of him or gym partners.
A study says that most of the person's left the gym because they didn't get a perfect result from there and they are getting frustrated so much.

3. What to see in a trainer?
1. Trainer means not he/she should be a good body but he/she should be mentally and Physically Fit.
2.trainer should be certified as a nutrition and dietitian.
3. A trainer should be Experienced.
4. Trainer Should be Frank.
5. A trainer should be Always happy in nature.

4. Trainer in Other Fields as in Gym:-
As trainer need in Sports, Same as trainer need in Gym.
As trainer need in Education, same as trainer Should be in Gym.
As trainer need in Acting. Modeling and Dancing, Same as it required in the fitness field.
Be confident and be faithful in your trainer, you will get a result. To be a fit human being in this world is not easy so don't be hurry in this field, just try to give your time and get ready for the result.
