3. Eat slowly. don't be hurry or fast when you have your meal. just eat it slowly as much you can. if you will follow this one then your meal will digest properly.
4. Cardio:- Do cardio 20 minutes in a day and 5 days in a weak. go for any cardio training center for 1 month and then use it every day at your home. this is the best way to be fit and burn you fit and try to go to a training center for one month.
5. Running and Swimming:- These two Exercises are the best Exercises in the world. if you don't have any swimming facility and go for the second one because running is the king of all exercises in this world. And try to make a habit to run 30 minutes in one attempt.
